Meet Our Chef

Executive Chef Peter Zimowski discovered his calling to the culinary arts at a young age, drawn in by classic cookbooks and public television cooking shows. Chef Peter attended the Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Southern California and has cooked all over the United States including a 7-year stint in Central Maine.

When creating the perfect pizza, Chef Peter looks to build a classic experience while allowing room to explore new possibilities:

“I really love our dough, which we make fresh every day, and every pizza is hand tossed to order. We also make our sauces in-house, a fresh sauce is essential to a quality pizza, and our 5-cheese blend brings it all together. In addition to these classic ingredients, we love to try new things, so our daily specials keep things fresh.”
